Corporate Psychology & Employee Health

Supporting employee mental health and wellbeing has become a strategic priority for organisations seeking to build healthy, productive and sustainable workplaces.
Our psychologists have extensive experience supporting employees, managers and organisations across a wide range of workplace settings. We provide evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy for individuals experiencing work-related and personal difficulties, including stress and burnout, anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, women’s health, leadership challenges and the psychological impact of long-term health conditions.
Alongside individual therapy, we work collaboratively with organisations to promote psychologically healthy workplaces through consultation, workplace coaching, neurodiversity consultation and support, manager training and leadership development. We also deliver bespoke workshops, webinars and educational seminars on topics including neurodiversity, burnout, psychological safety, stress management and menopause in the workplace.

Whether supporting an individual employee or working alongside HR teams, Occupational Health professionals and organisational leaders, our aim is to deliver practical, evidence-based interventions that enhance wellbeing, resilience and sustainable performance while helping organisations create healthier, more inclusive working environments.
