Our therapist takes time to fully understand an individual’s difficulties before tailoring a treatment programme to meet their specific needs — rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Our team comprises highly experienced clinicians with expertise across a broad range of mental health and physical health presentations. We are able to match patients with the therapist whose expertise and therapeutic approach best suit their individual needs. Our key focus is on ensuring we develop an excellent therapeutic relationship with our patients to allow them to feel safe in the process of change and to achieve their full potential.
We offer brief and medium-term therapy (where clinically indicated) for individuals and couples, using a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including:
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
-
Mindfulness and somatic approaches
All therapists are registered with their relevant professional bodies and adhere to recognised professional and ethical standards. We are an inclusive service that recognises, respects and embraces diversity in all aspects of our clinical work.
