Pathway 1: Phlebotomy Service
For patients who already have a blood test request form
If you already have a blood test request from your clinicianโsuch as a nutritionist, NHS GP, or private healthcare providerโour Phlebotomy Service offers a quick and simple way to have your samples taken.
How It Works
- Call us to bookย an appointment with one of our Phlebotomists
- Email your test request form to info@thelondongeneralpractice.com ahead of your visit
- Attend your appointmentย and have your blood sample taken
- Your results will be sent directly to you by the laboratory (HG โ TO BE CONFIRMED)
