PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATIONS
All major credit cards and cash payments are accepted at the practice. All charges are to be settled on the day unless agreed otherwise in advance. The full fee will apply for non-attendance or cancellations on the day.
Insurance: The London General Practice (LGP) accepts payment from most International PMI (private medical insurer) providers e.g. BUPA International, Cigna International and AXA International. A valid pre-authorisation number must be provided at the time of booking your appointment. For all UK insurers, all charges are to be settled on the day and a receipt of payment will be provided to you. Please contact your insurer regarding their claims policy. LGP is unable to accept direct payment from most UK PMI providers. If you have any questions regarding insurance, please speak with one of our team.
The London General Practice is registered with the Care Quality Commission and is a member of the Independent Doctors Forum (IDF). As such, the practice welcomes feedback (positive or negative) and adheres to a strict complaints procedure, details of which are available in the reception area.
