Our Blood Test Pathways
Pathway 1: Phlebotomy Service
For patients who already have a blood test request form
If you already have a blood test request from your clinician—such as a nutritionist, NHS GP, or private healthcare provider—our Phlebotomy Service offers a quick and simple way to have your samples taken.
How It Works
- Call us to book an appointment with one of our Phlebotomists
- Email your test request form to info@thelondongeneralpractice.com ahead of your visit
- Attend your appointment and have your blood sample taken
- Your results will be sent directly to you by the laboratory (HG – TO BE CONFIRMED)

Pathway 2: GP-Led Blood Testing
For patients who need clinical guidance or have health concerns
If you are unsure which tests you need—or would like medical advice regarding symptoms, concerns, or preventive health—our GPs can advise you on the most suitable investigations.
Your results will be fully reviewed, and you will receive clear guidance on next steps.
