Our 24/7 On-Call Service offers your patients the care they need, with minimal disruption to your operations. We work as an extension of your practice, ensuring a smooth handover and thorough communication.

  • Availability:
    Monday to Friday: 18:00 โ€“ 08:30
    Weekends & Bank Holidays: 24-hour coverage
  • Locations:
    Home, hotel, or office visits across London.
  • Fee Structure:
    No cost to your practiceโ€”consultation fees are collected directly from patients.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

  • 1.Patient Call Forwarding:
    During out-of-hours, you can either forward patient calls directly to The London General Practice, or instruct your patients to call +44 (0)20 7935 1000, identifying themselves as your patient.
  • 2 Doctor Availability:
    After a brief triage, the on-call doctor will speak directly with the patient and arrange a home visit or virtual consultation.
  • 3 Follow-up Reporting:
    A detailed summary of the visit will be shared with your practice the following morning, ensuring you are fully informed for any necessary follow-up care.
