Longevity Programme

What to Expect

Foundation & Performance (Day 1)

Your journey begins with a personalised consultation with Dr Angela Rai, to explore your medical history, lifestyle, and long-term health goals.

This sets the foundation for a truly tailored approach to longevity.

Following this, our clinical team conducts essential baseline assessments, including body composition analysis, blood pressure, and advanced biological age testing.

You’ll then attend a VO₂ Max test, a gold-standard evaluation used by elite athletes to measure cardiovascular fitness and metabolic efficiency.

Insight & Strategy (Day 2)

At your follow-up appointment, Dr Angela Rai will bring together the full spectrum of diagnostic insights to deliver a truly integrated health strategy. With her expertise in anti-ageing medicine, Dr Rai will interpret the data holistically, identifying patterns, correlations, and areas for targeted intervention.

This comprehensive review allows Dr Rai to tailor a personalised optimisation plan that not only addresses current dysfunctions but also supports long-term vitality, cognitive clarity, and peak physical performance.

This strategic guidance ensures that every recommendation is grounded in evidence, aligned with your goals, and designed to deliver measurable, lasting results.

Programme Fee: £6,000

On-going support and Reassessment (6–8 Months Later)

Your progress matters.

Follow-up sessions enable us to track improvements and refine your personalised strategy. Depending on your unique programme, some of the tests may be repeated to ensure we have the most accurate and up-to-date insights.

This approach helps us optimise your longevity plan and keep you on the path to achieving your health goals.

Longevity FAQ

What is the difference between lifespan and healthspan?

Lifespan refers to the total number of years a person lives.

Healthspan, on the other hand, is the number of those years lived in good health—free from chronic disease or disability. Our Longevity Programme focuses on extending both, with an emphasis on quality of life.

At what age should I start thinking about longevity?
It’s never too early. Health decline can begin as early as your 30s, depending on genetics, lifestyle, and environmental factors. Early intervention allows for more effective prevention and optimisation.
Can I slow down the ageing process?
Yes. While ageing is natural, its pace can be influenced by lifestyle choices, medical interventions, and personalised diagnostics. Our programme uses evidence-based strategies to slow biological ageing and improve overall vitality.
What is biological age and how is it different from chronological age?

Chronological age is your age in years. Biological age reflects how well your body is functioning compared to your peers. It’s influenced by genetics, lifestyle, and biomarkers—and can be measured through advanced testing like TruAge.

What tests are used to assess longevity?
We use a combination of diagnostics including body composition analysis, blood biomarkers, VO₂ Max testing, and biological age assessments. These help us understand your current health status and guide your optimisation strategy.
Is longevity medicine only for older adults?
Not at all. Longevity medicine is proactive and preventative. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to optimise their health, performance, and ageing trajectory—whether you’re in your 30s or your 70s.
How does VO₂ Max relate to longevity?
VO₂ Max measures your body’s ability to use oxygen during exercise. It’s a strong predictor of cardiovascular health and overall fitness. Higher VO₂ Max levels are associated with lower risk of chronic disease and longer healthspan.
What lifestyle changes support longevity?
Key factors include a balanced diet, regular exercise, quality sleep, stress management, and strong social connections. Our programme helps you personalise these based on your unique health profile.
Can genetics affect how long I live?
Yes, but lifestyle plays a larger role. While genetics set the baseline, your daily habits and medical choices have a significant impact on how those genes express over time.
How often should I reassess my longevity metrics?
We recommend a follow-up every 6–8 months to track progress, adjust your strategy, and ensure continued optimisation. Longevity is a journey, and regular check-ins are key to staying on course.
