Here at the London General Practice we specialise in providing exceptional medical care for guests staying at London’s premier hotels.

Our Doctor led on-call service is provided by our team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  The on-call number (0207 635 1000) connects guests and hotel concierges through to a Doctor day or night.

Speed of response is critical, so calls are put directly through to a Doctor and generally we’re with a patient within 20 minutes.

We also believe that continuity of care is paramount so our in-house administration team works with our Doctors following up on each and every visit ensuring test results are in, completing any next steps and checking on the welfare of your guests.

Our network in the London health community means that we’re able to facilitate, at very short notice, referrals to London’s most preeminent specialists and consultants.  If a referral to a specialist is required, we remain on-hand throughout to assist your guest with continuing advice and support.  We also have access to the latest, state of the art, diagnostic and testing facilities in London.

We’re here to provide guests with the same exceptional levels of service which they naturally expect from your hotel, and we never forget that we’re representing you.

That’s why we place so much emphasis on the quality of our Doctors and our administrative support team.  We’re Doctor led and registered with the CQC – that means we work to strict medical standards, we have a formal governance structure in place, and like any registered organisation we’re subject to external inspection and audit.
