With pollen counts rising as the summer progresses Dr Sanjay Mehta, Private Harley Street GP, discusses some ways that you can treat hay fever symptoms.
Hayfever effects people differently but many find that over the counter non-sedating antihistamines are effective in treating common symptoms of hay fever. Nasal antihistamine sprays can also be used as a faster more direct option. In severe or persistent cases a regular nasal steroid spray may be needed.
