The London General Practice is one of the few London Practices which operates its own fully comprehensive on-call service, enabling us to provide complete continuity of care to patients and maximising our focus on the quality of service we provide.
As a Practice we deliver the highest level of Medical Excellence using our dedicated team of Doctors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year:
-All calls from patients are transferred through to a Doctor with no answering machine or call back required. Patients have the comfort of being put directly in touch with a Doctor, no need for them to wait for a call back.
-The Practice has excellent links with Consultants and Hospitals in London, so we’re able to facilitate at short notice referrals to top specialists.
-Our in-house clinical team follow up each and every visit rigorously ensuring that all actions are complete, tests received, and follow-ups undertaken. This culminates in a final courtesy call to check that service standards have been delivered and answer any final queries from the patient.
As a Practice we focus on providing medical excellence for patients, reflected in the thoroughness and completeness of our approach.
